EATS Dash is a private, internal-use business application operated by Casa Verde LLC for its authorized restaurant client. Access is granted only to users the client designates. No public license is offered.
Users may access dashboards, download reports, and review expense categorizations for the connected business only. Sharing access codes outside the business is prohibited.
Use of the application is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The business retains ownership of all its data.
The application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Casa Verde LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the application. Accounting records should be reviewed by the business's accountant.
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, stored data is deleted upon request as described in the Privacy Policy.
