EATS Dash is an internal business reporting application operated by Casa Verde LLC ("we") on behalf of its restaurant client. It is not offered to the general public.
With the QuickBooks company administrator's explicit authorization, EATS Dash reads and writes accounting records (sales journal entries, vendor bills, and expense transactions) in the connected QuickBooks Online company. We also process point-of-sale summary data (sales, tips, taxes, labor) and business credit card transaction data solely for the connected business.
Data is used exclusively to (1) display business performance dashboards to authorized users of the connected business and (2) automate the recording and categorization of that business's own accounting entries in its own QuickBooks company. We do not sell, rent, share, or advertise with any data.
Data is stored encrypted at rest in a dedicated database (Supabase, US region) protected by row-level security. Access requires an authorized access code. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to browsers.
The QuickBooks administrator may disconnect EATS Dash at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps), which immediately revokes our access. Upon written request to leo@casavg.com we will delete all stored data for the business within 30 days.
